NW Rides

ATTENTION: Sunset Empire Transportation District (SETD) has limited services available for provider trips to Clatsop County residents. However, bus passes are currently available through SETD. This change does not affect NW Rides’ ability to provide NEMT services to that area. The option for mileage reimbursement or provider trips are available for any of your NEMT trips. If you have concerns, or need assistance with NEMT services, please contact us directly at 888-793-0439.

You can bring portable oxygen tanks and devices on rides.  Portable oxygen tanks must also be secured while being transported. The driver will help you secure equipment if necessary.  Please know that drivers cannot give oxygen.

If you use a wheelchair, NW Rides transportation provider’s drivers will assist you up and down curbs only if you request their assistance.  If your wheelchair is larger than 30 inches wide or 48 inches long or weighs more than 600 pounds when occupied, you must tell the NW Rides customer service representative when you schedule your trip so they can find the proper sized vehicle that can transport your wheelchair.

For your safety and the safety of others, you must wear a seatbelt during your ride.  Oregon, Idaho, and Washington state laws require everybody to wear seabelts.
