SETD provides individualized service for those who are certified Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) riders and District residents who are 60 years of age and over and/or are unable to access fixed-route bus service or personal transportation in their area due to a disability. Reasonable modifications in policies, practices, or procedures are available to avoid discrimination on the basis of disability. Accessible formats are available upon request.
