Locally referred to as the “Castle,” this late Victorian-style mansion sits high in the south hills of Clatskanie, giving visitors views of both the town below and the coastal mountain range beyond. In addition to its status as a museum, the house also serves as a senior center. Anyone is welcome to visit the house; tours are available by appointment only.
Get off at the Clatskanie stop and walk 0.3 miles south on SW Tichenor Street (about a seven minute walk). The house will be on your right.
