Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a bus or van to transport passengers
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle interior
- Communicate effectively with passengers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Manage passenger behavior and ensure a safe environment
- Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class B CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements
- Experience as a delivery, van or limo driver or motor coach operator is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with passengers
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on passenger safety and satisfaction
- Ability to navigate using maps or GPS systems effectively
- Must pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process
- Flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays

Responsibilities:
- Assist mechanics with routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs
- Remove and replace vaults in buses returning from routes daily
- Check and maintain fluid levels, tires, lights, and other essential vehicle components
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication, and other basic services
- Help diagnose, troubleshoot and report mechanical issues under supervision
- Prepare vehicles for inspection, cleaning, and testing after maintenance
- Keep bays, tools and equipment clean, organized and in safe working condition
- Maintain inventory of parts, fluids, and supplies; track use and report shortages or needs
- Assist with proper disposal and cleanup of waste materials such as oil, filters and tires
- Operate tools, lifts, and equipment safely following shop procedures and training
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL or ability to obtain CDL preferred
