Route 1 (Town Loop) is not going north of First Street and will lay-over at the Post Office. Route 3 (Tillamook-Manzanita-Cannon Beach) will use Wilson River Loop and Latimer Road to bypass the flooded sections of U.S. Hwy 101 north of First Street.
