Dial-A-Ride through Columbia County Rider (CC Rider) is offering free, round-trip, transportation to any location within Columbia County offering vaccinations for COVID.
To start, you must complete the Dial-a-Ride registration form→

Once your Dial-a-Ride registration form is returned, call dispatch at 503-366-0159 (6:30am – 6:30pm) to schedule your pick-up. Please schedule your pick-up as far a head of your appointment as possible. Rides are subject to availability and all Dial-a-Ride rules apply.
