Sunset Empire Transportation District (SETD, District) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide finance management, accounting, financial remediation, financial reporting, grant reimbursement, audit support, and related finance department services.
SETD currently utilizes a third party consultant (NowCFO, LLC) to provide financial support and financial remediation services.
SETD is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain proposals from qualified firms and determine whether another qualified provider can meet the District’s needs and provide the required services at a competitive and reasonable cost. SETD is conducting this procurement as an intermediate procurement for personal services as outlined under ORS 279B.070.
